Privacy Policy

How Just Drink handles personal and anonymous information across the desktop app and this website.

DocumentEffective Sep 4, 2026info@rocket-solutions.de

Welcome to the Just Drink ("App"), operated by Rocket Solutions S.L. ("we", "us", or "our"). This privacy policy ("Policy") provides detailed information about how we handle personal and anonymous information collected from users of our App and visitors to our marketing website (just-drink.app). This Policy applies to all interactions with our App and website.

1. Personal Information Collection

Through Third-Party Services: We use service providers including Google Analytics, Sentry, Google Fonts, Fontshare, and our media provider. The data each provider receives depends on whether the service is essential or optional, as described below.

Website Operational Diagnostics: When configured, our website server sends privacy-limited application errors, logs, and performance traces to Sentry so we can detect and repair failures. These records may contain a route template, request method, response status, duration, generated request ID, error details, and deployment metadata. We disable Sentry's default collection of personally identifiable information and do not attach raw request headers, bodies, query strings, dynamic URL values, visitor IP addresses, or user identities.

Desktop Crash Reports and App Health: The desktop App's Share crash reports and app health setting is enabled by default and can be switched off independently under Settings → General → Privacy. When enabled, the App sends privacy-limited Rust crash reports, selected handled-error categories, and per-launch app-session health to Sentry. Reports may include the App version, release environment, operating system and architecture, coarse runtime and feature states, up to 25 fixed lifecycle breadcrumbs, and a stack trace. Session health includes a random per-launch session ID, final status, duration, and error count. The App does not attach its email, device ID, license or payment data, hydration plan, schedule, user-entered settings, Sentry user identity, request data, host name, user file paths, process names, or window titles; raw handled-error details remain on the device.

Desktop Anonymous Usage Metrics: The separate Share anonymous usage metrics setting is off by default. If a user enables it under Settings → General → Privacy, the desktop App sends one Sentry counter after a naturally completed automatic or manual reminder. It contains the App version, operating-system platform, device architecture, and release channel; reminder origin; the installed glass and voice pack used; random or specific selection modes; glass reflection; whether reminder sound was audible; sound preset and customization state; coarse volume buckets; and whether Quiet Hours or Smart Pause is configured. It contains no email, user or device identifier, profile, license or payment data, hydration amount, interval, schedule, exact completion time, or user-entered value. Its timestamp is rounded down to the hour, its trace ID is new for that metric, and it has no span association. Canceled reminders, previews, and watchdog timeouts are excluded.

2. Use of Information

Email Communications: If you provide your email address, we will use it to send you updates, tips, and promotional content related to Just Drink. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Desktop Product Improvement: Separately consented anonymous usage metrics are used only to understand aggregate reminder completion and feature use so we can improve the App.

License Distribution: Personal information collected during the license purchase process is used solely to distribute and manage purchased licenses.

Operational Reliability: Privacy-limited Sentry diagnostics are used to monitor website availability and, when desktop crash reporting is enabled, investigate App failures and measure crash-free releases.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party services including Google Analytics for website analytics, Sentry for website and desktop operational diagnostics and separately consented desktop usage metrics, Google Fonts and Fontshare for website typography, and other providers for license distribution, email delivery, and external media. We limit the information sent to each provider to what is required for its stated purpose.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

4. User Rights and Choices

Access, Correction, and Deletion: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, including your email address.

Opt-Out from Marketing Emails: You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by contacting us directly at info@rocket-solutions.de.

Desktop Privacy Choices: Under Settings → General → Privacy, users can independently switch Share crash reports and app health off or Share anonymous usage metrics on and off. Crash reporting defaults on; usage metrics default off. A change immediately gates future desktop transmissions. These App settings are independent of the website consent choices.

Website Consent Choices: You can accept, reject, or customize optional website processing through the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

5. Data Security

Security Measures: We use secure systems and follow best practices to protect your information. Our third-party processors, including Google Analytics and Sentry, employ industry-standard security protocols to safeguard data.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Tracking Technologies

Consent Preference: We store your privacy selection in your browser's local storage. This essential entry is used only to remember your choice.

Homepage Intro Preference: If you choose not to see the homepage introduction again, your browser stores that preference locally. It is not transmitted to us or used for analytics.

Desktop Privacy Preferences: The desktop App stores its two privacy settings locally in the App preferences. They are not cookies, are not derived from website consent, and remain independent of each other.

Operational Diagnostics: Sentry diagnostics run on our server when Sentry is configured. They do not use a Sentry browser SDK or place Sentry cookies in your browser. We treat this privacy-limited processing as essential to operating and securing the website.

Website Typography: The website loads stylesheets and font files from Google Fonts and Fontshare as part of its essential presentation. When your browser requests these resources, those providers receive the technical request information needed to deliver them, such as your IP address, user agent, requested file, and time of access.

Google Analytics: If you consent to Analytics, this website loads Google Analytics to measure visits, sessions, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and retain session state. Analytics and advertising storage remain disabled until you opt in, and advertising personalization stays disabled.

External Media: If you consent to External media, demonstration videos load from motionminute.b-cdn.net. The provider receives the technical request information required to deliver those files.

Withdrawal: Choosing Essential only prevents Google Analytics and external videos from loading. Essential server diagnostics and website typography remain active. Withdrawing Analytics consent disables further measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site.

7. International Data Transfers

Data Hosting and Transfer: Sentry, Google Fonts, Fontshare, and, when you allow the optional services, Google Analytics and our media provider may process the limited technical or usage data described above outside your country of residence. Where required, those providers are responsible for applying the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

8. Children’s Privacy

Protection of Children's Information: We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected here, and we will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

10. Contact Information

Inquiries: For any questions or concerns regarding this Policy or our practices, please contact us at info@rocket-solutions.de.
